Contact Mitchell Jeffrey

Mitchell Jeffrey is a level three referee who has refereed  hockey since 1999 at the minor, AAA, high school, junior and senior levels. From 2013 to 2016, he served as Referee-In-Chief of SJAMHA. Mitchell currently serves as Coordinator of Referee Developpment for SJAMHA/APHA and Principle of Hockey Winnipeg Referee Development.

 

Mitchell has a Bachelor's (hons.) Degree in psychology from the University of Winnipeg and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Manitoba. He currently works in ergonomics and mental health at New Directions: For Children, Youth Adults and Families as well as owning a consulting company: Jeffrey Workplace Solutions.

Hockey Winnipeg Referee Development strives to improve minor hockey by improving officials through mentorship, community development and practical rule applications while graduating minor hockey officials to thrive at higher levels of hockey.
