Information about Game Reports

Game reports need to be submitted within 24 hours (12 hours for playoffs) of the end of the game using the form linked above at "Submit Game Report on HW Website".
 

Reports need to be submitted for all:

•  Checking From Behind Penalties

• Major PenaltiesGross Misconduct Penalties

• Major Incidents prior to, during, and following the game.

• Game Misconducts

• Match Penalties

• Discrimination (under 11.4) reported to the officials but not seen or heard by the officials.

Take a picture of the game sheet to attach to the game report when you submit your report via the Hockey Winnipeg website.
