Level 4+ "State Referee's Decision" Exams

Level 4+ officials write a different exam than levels 1-3. Challenge yourself, try these out (these are harder than the level 1-3 exams).  Answers are not provided but you can look up the rules referenced in the exam in the HC rule book linked below.
